Thank you for choosing to rent a property through Southern Key Realty. We have been leasing homes in the Statesboro, GA area for over 25 years and have served hundreds of residents.
Our goal is to provide quality, affordable living spaces to our residents. Please let us know when you have questions or need assistance with your home. Our property management team is available to assist you Monday through Friday 10:00 am – 5:00 pm. You have access to your Tenant Portal 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. All requests should be sent through the portal.

Important Information

Change of information

You will need to update your information in the tenant portal if you have any change in information. (i.e. phone numbers, email addresses or emergency contact).

For any mail forwarding services, you will need to update your information directly with the USPS. You can fill out your request on their website, located here.

Calls during office hours
Our office opens at 10:00 am Monday through Friday and closes at 5:00 pm. A live person will always answer the phone. If you call and someone does not answer, your call will be picked up by our answering service that relays the phone message to us within ten minutes and someone from our office will call you back as soon as we are available.
Emergencies or After Hours
Should you have an emergency concerning your unit we expect you to call 911 and then let us know about the issue ASAP after you are safe and help is on the way.

If you need to reach one of our office staff after hours or if you have an emergency, you will still need to call our office number. We always have someone on call in case of an emergency.

We consider the following an emergency: fire, flood, sewer back up, and A/C or heating during extreme temperatures.

Maintenance Requests

Please input all maintenance requests in through the online Resident Portal. We will respond to your request within 24 hours and a vendor will receive your contact information. They will then contact you to schedule a time that works for you both. This way we do not have to give out keys to your home. All maintenance requests MUST BE submitted through the Resident Portal. Only requests submitted this way will be addressed.

Property Walk Through
A property walk through may be scheduled at your house every six months. We will have a representative walk through the house and do a written report and take pictures throughout the house. They are not taking pictures of how you live or of your personal belongings but mostly of any areas that are damaged or items that need to be repaired or replaced. This is to ensure the owner that their home is being taken care of.
